Over the summer, my friend Huck went
out to Lake Vida to do some work on a system measuring the temperature changes in the lake. So here are a few miscellaneous pictures from that trip.
I can't remember exactly what he said each of these pictures were,
so I'm going off memory....no guarantees for accuracy! This one is as they were approaching the Victoria Valley.

that Lake Vida is in the distance of this photo. This lake was only recently discovered, since it sits below a layer of
ice tens of feet thick.
